• Mint artwork as NFTs

• Claim artwork as your own
  

Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless we have signed a licensing contract

4. Product Types & Sales Terms

A. Original Artwork

• All original artworks are one-of-a-kind

• Minor variations, texture, or color differences are part of the artistic process

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
  

Once sold, original artwork may not be reproduced without written permission.

B. Prints & Print-on-Demand Products (Printify)

Some products are fulfilled through Printify, a third-party print-on-demand provider.

Please note:

• Products are printed specifically for each order

• Slight variations in color, scale, or placement may occur

• Production and shipping times vary
  

We are not responsible for delays caused by fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, or external events beyond our control.

C. Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically.

By purchasing a digital download, you acknowledge:

• No physical item will be shipped

• Files are for personal use only

• Digital downloads are non-refundable
  

You may not share, resell, redistribute, or upload digital files to third-party platforms.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Original Artwork

• All sales are final, unless artwork arrives damaged

• Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery

• Photographic evidence is required
  

Prints & Print-on-Demand Items

Because these items are custom-made:

• Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged or defective items

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  

Digital Downloads

• No refunds or exchanges on digital products
  

Returns Not Accepted For:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size or preference

• Color variation due to screen differences
  

Refunds are issued at our discretion and only when applicable.

8. User Comments & Submissions

If you submit comments, reviews, or content:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it
